The main focus sub-segments: IT and Marketing. IT sub-sub-segments: Web applications/services, Programming, Mobile applications.

 

 

 

Explain the terminology: raise, match, realization - what does it mean? What have you been doing before? What is the current state? Include storytelling – bring in your own stories!

 

 

 

Add your new members to the Podio workspace. Show them how it works! Create a company in the CRM app together and add the activity in the Activity Tracker app.

 

 

 

 

Explain the iGIP people uniqueness and identity (you know what I mean), communication, policies in your LC, any other stuff you think might help to have a great team
