BIGAIESEC
This is where you do the final push to make sure that you get the right members to your LC. The info-events have to information, interactive and upbeat so that people will remember how amazing AIESEC is when they are leaving.
Info evenings

The three “C”s
of Info-events
-
Charm: Information about AIESEC, history, structure and why you are recruiting members.
-
Confidence: Show-off your amazing projects! – This is the interactive part! Let your audience be curious.
-
Nice hair: Sign-ups for assessment centres with the option of choosing specific projects and role inside of them.

Charming
-
Start by introducing yourself
-
Then introduce AIESEC
-
Introduce your LC’s projects and what profiles you are looking for to run these projects
-
Optional Icebreaker
-
Conclude the info part of the event
Good videos to show during the
informational part
(comment about IC opening video, this year the whole network met to discuss how we can change and become more relevant so we can bring more positive change in the world by our actions and young entrepreneurial leaders. This was at the same time as the revolution was at its, then, peak).
Confidence
Make a “project-tour” of your projects, so that the participating students can walk around and hear about the projects from the team leaders that they find interesting. This should be max. 45 minutes!
Focus on the impact and also the learning!
Nice hair
Gather everyone for the end of the event. Run-through of the Charming and the Confidence parts, and present the sign-up form for the projects and roles.
This is when you get your members! Good job!
