  • What is the motivation for becoming a member?

Give them a brief introduction to AIESEC

Tell the person about what's next:

  • How soon should (s)he expect the answer?

  • When is the LAS and what's going to happen there?

  • Mention the Y2B and Access conference on November 1-3

  • How much time can the person devote to AIESEC work?

Personal Interview is the second step in our selection process. We have a chance to get to know the applicants better, answer their questions and set clear expectations about the future work.
