Organizational Value for AIESEC is that we need to deliver leadership experience for our EPs while they are on internship by outer and inner journey.
Individual Value for AIESECer (TMP, TLP) is that they need to feel the impact of their work is relevant helping their country, and develop themselves by outer and inner journey.
