Sales Development Programme is aimed to develop sales understanding and leadership in members of AIESEC in Finland. It has measurable criteria of performance, which makes the sellers to keep up with their activities. SDP focuses not only on the raising process, but also takes care of matching, realization, Customer Experience Management and Customer Relationship Management. It also ensures the leadership development of the incoming GIP trainees.
