Our LC Culture

After the new members got to know about the WHY of AIESEC and how we work, tell them about Our LC - what is our culture, what is special about US, compared to the rest of the network? What were the recent achievements of the LC that we are proud about? Introduce your EB and TLs. Teach them and practice your LC shout and/or roll-call. Make newbies feel like they belong.

 

Project Time

Knowing the next action steps is very importnat for new members. Therefore, in the end of the seminar, leave some time for them to sit down in their project teams to get to know the team leader, each other, the project and each other's Job Descriptions. The team leader should make sure the members understand the vision of the project, and see the big picture. Coming up with a clear action plan for the next 1-2 weeks and dividing the responsibilities will motivate them to start working right after LAS.
