  • Minimum duration of a project is 2 months.

  • Minimum amount of members in a project team is 4, including one team leader and 3 team members

  • A minimum goal of realization of a project should be equal to the number of team members.

What is projects team?

 

All team members and team leaders need to in a project team as requitement of TMP, TLP program principles.
