1.  50% of LC meetings expected to be attended 

75% is a figure that assumes that members attend all LC meetings, but it also gives flexibility to occasionally skip a meeting if there is a good reason for it /other engagements. 

2.  75% of functional team meetings expected to be attended

Note that this percentage assumes that functional meetings have a relevant content for the members.

3. 75% participation in LC or functional training and education events 

This includes for example, functional weekends etc. 

4.  At least attendance of 1 national conference per term

To get connected with the AIESEC in Finland network, get update about national strategy and organization performance progress

5.  Should belong to a project team

Administrative bodies of local or national level considered as project teams (Board, BoA, EB, NST etc.). See more information in the section “What is project team?”

6.  Must have a personal development plan

All new members are recommended to fill personal development plans within 2 weeks after LAS, under supervision of VPTM or TL

7.  Must pass the functional knowledge test

Test includes topics of basic AIESEC knowledge and functional knowledge before ACCESS from MC

8.  Must have account in Podio and be assigned to a role in myaiesec.net

As Podio is the main internal communication channel and place to store and get information, it’s important that each member use it actively 

 

NOTE: The duration of team member program is max one year (excluding school or AIESEC exchange) or the duration of two AIESEC projects.
