Benefits for Team Member Programme Participants
Who are participants of
Team Leader programme (TLP)?

1. 75% of LC meetings expected to be attended
90% is a figure that assumes that team leaders attend all LC meetings, but it also gives flexibility to occasionally skip a meeting if there is a good reason for it /other engagements.
2. 75% of functional team meetings expected to be attended
Note that this percentage assumes that functional meetings have a relevant content for the team leaders.
3. 75% participation in LEAD
National LEAD program is going to be virtually on Podio and in national conferences
4. At least attendance of 1 national conference and one functional weekend per term
To get connected with the AIESEC in Finland network, get update about national strategy and organization performance progress
5. Should organize at least 1 project team meeting per week during active project period
Frequency of team meeting can be adjusted according to needs and realities of the particular project
6. Should have a clear project plan
Must pass the functional knowledge test
Project plan includes why, what and how of the project, its timeline, backward planning, goal, as well, as HR plan (including clear roles and JDs).
7. Should actively participate in member Recruitment and the selection of team members
8. Expected to give updates about the progress of the project in LC meetings
9. Give proper transition to the next project team leader in the same functional area and keep documentation on Podio and myaiesec.net
