It is very important to use the national poster template for generation of more materials because we are all running AIESEC recruitment campaign on Facebook and other social media. People need to see AIESEC in Finland as an impactful brand instead of different associations with different brand in different cities. And it doesn’t matter from where people see the material, because they will be able to associate everything with AIESEC.

You can create FB cover photos, profile pictures copying the elements in the poster template. Remember, not to change the proportion of the elements.

Create photo or video material that share stories with more detail of how a person’s future has been impacted by AIESEC

Create more posters but with different members and asking different powerful questions

Share videos that AI or other big AIESEC entities have created that is aligned with the message Drive Your Future
How to run a social media campaign?

Have all material ready to be launched

Find a critical time that everyone is on social media

Ask as many people as possible to share the material at the critical time

Define an action that people can react on

Ask people to share their story or opinion on the campaign.
